There are hundreds of food items we can make quickly in just 3-5 minutes with full freshness and believe me this will change the way people's decides before eating something . According to me cancellation power and decision making time both will reduce because of this. Bhel Puri Pani puri sandwich Burger Chowmin Pasta rolls veggies wraps fries mini pizza instant cheese Maggie ice cream if someone set proper standard operating process and formulation for this in well planned store's then it's really possible to create fresh food by using pre made things and cafe owner can pre prepare it before order so that person list of only item that he can cook in 3-5 minutes. Mostly Cafes have gas and they didn't showcase because of ambience. Post in person says that people's will use day's old items but in reality mostly food owner already using this tactic like samosa owner preserving baked potato in fridge and many other people's for reducing wastage , time and increasing net margins.

If someone properly calculates how much food and pre made Meterials required daily for fullfiling demands then he can easily give fresh foods without wastage and in very less time .
