Bro founder has nothing to do with percentage. Founder is only about finding the company. Founder is not a legal position like Chairperson, CXO, Director etc. Percentage is not used to identify a founder, it is used only for shareholders. Shareholder isn't a legal position either, it just shows ownership. A company is run by CxO or Board of Directors controlled by Chairperson/CEO/MD. They do not have to have any ownership, they are appointed by shareholders Founder is a word used to identify who created the company. Even a person with 0.01% can be a founder if he started the company. Whoever didnt start it, is not a founder. For example, Christopher Columbus is the founder of America to the Eastern world.
