Usually we see that the trend that is rising today in the west or particularly in the US is copied in India and works in India after 2- 5 years maybe because of we are a developing country and it takes time for us to cope up with the trend But what I think is that in case of AI, things are little bit different, it's not like what's happening in the west right now will be copied by India after 2-5 years, AI is being adopted on such a rapid scale that companies are adopting it. And things are going at a very fast speed such that companies will start using AI and automation to maximize profits and work efficiency no matter if an engineer loses his job, the companies won't wait 2-5 years to cope up with the trend, they will adopt it right now. That's my opinion. What do you think of it and will India ever be able to compete in tech with the west What should Indian Engineers do in such situations, we already have no job guarantee (the 80 lakh+engineering students) and now this AI thing!
