Brilliant idea, but here's the real challenge - pricing. Most people don't realize how complex the backend logistics would be. Measuring exact 2 tbsp of garam masala or 50g of specific cheese? That's inventory management on steroids. Still, would totally solve the "I bought an entire jar of something I'll use once" problem.
