Creating a coil prototype for in-house energy applications would be a fascinating, though with some key adjustments from traditional coil designs. Instead of focusing on high voltage and frequency for impressive electrical displays, a modified version could be designed to focus on lower, safer voltage outputs to power. The concept would resemble more of a resonant transformer circuit rather than a true Tesla coil, leveraging the coil's electromagnetic properties to create a small, inductive power transfer system within a limited range. Such a setup wouldn’t directly replace an inverter but could offer an innovative method to wirelessly power low-energy gadgets, providing a glimpse into the potential of wireless power transfer within controlled environments. With electromagnetic interference, this prototype could be a safe and intriguing home-use demonstration of Tesla-inspired technology, ideal for educational purposes or as a supplementary low-power charging solution.
