This generation is showing off a lot, all the people here are competing to outdo each other, like ISI, nowadays these people go to big hotels and take a lot of photos after eating a little, which nowadays the hotels are very expensive. We are building a hotel together and moving here in the future. One day food will come in the future and we will be able to do better marketing by doing hotel in my area. Well, they are building very fast and making good money. If another hotel is opened here, I think it will go much further if our management is better. But I don't have enough funds to start this business, I belong to a middle class family but if someone funds my idea, I will give you confidence that if you move ahead, you will not face any loss in the business. But you should give your 100 percent money only then you will get profit.

Crowdfunding or local investors who share your vision could be a solution you can bootstrap as much as you can and prove the concept small-scale first

Good point. but people go to hi-fi restaurants not just because of its ambience. There should be tasty food or some unique food items plus a decent ambience. if you go to investors with your points they will not invest. Because they will perticulaly see what's your selling point. You may need to come up with a tasty food items list and a good interior design, then you can attract investors.
