We usually have apps that brings you offer for spending more and more. I feel, their has to be one app, that reminds you whether to spend now or not. This app would give full control on your spend habits, to analyze your previous spends and gives you reminders, whether to spend more or not. Just an attempt to make people aware on controlled and planned spending.
