You’re absolutely right that India’s current component ecosystem isn’t as robust as other markets, and sourcing hardware from the same suppliers as Meta does add cost challenges. But I believe there’s still a way to carve out a niche. The key isn’t necessarily to compete with Meta head-on—it’s about designing something that aligns with specific market needs, focusing on affordability, practicality, and solving everyday problems that big players may overlook. Boat, Noise, and others have shown that success can come from optimizing for local markets and leveraging strategic partnerships. As for implants, I completely agree that it’s an exciting space with massive potential. However, the barriers in terms of regulations, costs, and public acceptance make it a longer-term play. Smart eyewear, on the other hand, offers a more immediate opportunity to innovate and build the foundation for future advancements.

there is no support from india for manufacturing... i ve my own team working with china still I'm not able to deliver my workload... I m losing orders regularly if india can make it.. anyways positive is product should be ready now u have 8 to 10 months for big brands to launch
