Im thinking to open a studio ( pvt cabin type ) by attaching hotels ( or small shops ) where we will put Tv's and provide customers with Every Subscriptions ( Netflix / Prime ) for them for free with wifi connection nd make it look like a small cinem
maybe for couples , they don't find that privacy in real. and also for friends who wants space for drinking, or also for the once who bunks college nd doesn't find space to go on
Many companies need Work space for their Growth... What about Start-up who provides Work space for Companies by paying some rent?.... Where they will get Computers, meeting room, and privacy....
Furnished rental homes for live in couples. A lot of couples who opt to live-in are unable to find rentals because of the discrimination they face.
The idea is to find 1, 2BHK homes which can be rented out to unmarried couples who want to move in.
