Isn't that how scams work? If you are on time you will profit along with the scammers if you are too late you will lose like majority of people.. Scams are not illegal, atleast not when it's shrouded in you know 'decentralised', 'get rich', 'invest now', 'dont miss out on life changing opportunity'...
