Brother i think you should start according to your budget for example from one place in a city like in delhi from gurugram so first you have to cover only gurugram then whole delhi and then in Mumbai then Bengalore then whole india In this you have to first find all shops in gurugram which provides rented clothes and then do partnership with them and you should also buy own clothes and store them in store in gurugram This will reduce transportation cost, less cost, and most of shop owners provide many options like stitching,cleaning,home delivery also and many more This will also reduce your coat for every order And this will also help you maintain a large amount of inventory without more investment and you can use that investment money in marketing,service,branding And Be Motivated You will definitely become successful by doing consistently hard work!
