1. Stop victimizing yourself, you waste time consciously cause some where you believe you are not enough, you chose what you chose now move on! 2. To solve a problem you need to find the root of it first, most people fall in this trap initially out of interest but then stay cause of the dopamine exploitation or in simpler words gets addicted. 3. just do three things consistently, fix a sleep schedule, just waking up and sleeping time, just that then follow it religiously, doesn't matter if you got assignment or an important task, remember your healing is more important than short term goals, third thing is put pen to paper about it, just thinking never helps you need actions, keep a record of your small small habits every day. 4. What I told you above was how you would build your first and very simple good habit, yes the same thing we were taught in nursery, the impact of this you will understand after some years.
