What I would have done : 1. note down how much weight your bags can carry, and what are the things we can carry in it. 2. divide your city/town into multiple clusters. 3. Note down all Medium level Shops who are selling small things, clothes shop, small flowers, children's toys shop, gift shops, stationary shops, bakery shops ( Separate design for cakes), sweet shops, Food shops, etc... 4. Now go to each and every shop, Offer one product to them as a gift, and now explain to them about your product and its customization. explain to them why every one is switching to non plastic bags. explain them how free branding is done through labels on the bag. If they are already using paper bags, ask them how much they are investing, definitely they will tell you wrong numbers. if you think you can sell 1 paisa below that, ask them for a small order, if not then keep following them continuously and make a relationship with them. NOTE: don't go to large and very small scale businesses.
