My some suggestions to Medial Niket Raj Dwivedi Harsh Dwivedi 1. Custom Spaces: Introduce spaces for users based on their interests, such as home decor, food tech, cleantech, sustainability, proptech... This will enhance engagement and niche down the community. 2. Update existing pods based on insights from previous analytics. 3. Medial Wrap: Launch a feature similar to Spotify Wrapped that provides users with a personalized summary of their engagement and highlights within Medial. Aim to introduce this before the eom. 4. Custom Online Workspaces: Users can create online workspaces for their teams and projects. Offer up to 5 members for free and introduce a premium membership model for additional features or workspaces. 5. Conduct Virtual Arina every month. 6. Launch an accelerator program to support startups, offering resources, access to an investor network, and mentorship. In exchange, take equity or a participation fee, similar to T-Hub.
