What ways can we make the internet totally free and accessible by everybody? What if we install internet routers on every public waste bin, where when a user disposes some waste, the "smart bin" returns a QR code as a token of thanks for "not littering" the streets and give free internet access for another 30 minutes. This idea could expand to various sectors, where huge amount of waste is being collected. Anybody up for discussions! fyi: I have already published the same on a journal, and the prototype is available for your review. Feel free to DM.
