The core mission would surely be 'to fund and help the startups that are really beneficial for the world and adds value in people's life'. The reason is simple. If the startup is really solving any real problem or offering a better solution, it would surely end up making money even tho the plans aren't clear in the start. And most of the successful startups are the ones which in some way follow this. If you talk about the founders to choose. Then if they have required skills, then it's enough imo.
