I think Medial can try implementing idea, problem, help boost to make it reach to the right people. Ex: "Looking for a cofounder for my idea" the person can boost it to the people who are interested to become a cofounder rather than just posting it on the feed. Posting a thread as "Looking for people who can build an app for my idea" and boost it with a form capture mechanism.

Including an in app "hiring" module for a subscription fee, for startup owners and interested collaborators/job seekers to interact. But nothing would be as efficient as ads.
