The integrated coaching and commerce model is brilliant. Turning this into an entire health/fitness ecosystem gives you so many monetization avenues beyond just the hardware. If the tech delivers on its promises, you'll have a highly sticky user base. Smart move. The embedded sensor tech and DPU are really impressive engineering feats. Being able to capture granular joint data without bulky equipment is a huge innovation. Combine that with the coaching/supplement ecosystem or join one (like Cultfit) and you've got a very compelling product. I'm excited to see the prototype!
