Yesterday, I was upset because of overthinking. Sometimes, we feel like we're putting in so much effort but getting nothing in return. I was feeling the same way yesterday. However, a friend of mine said a very beautiful line: "Trust the process." That made me realize something important. When we are on the path to achieving big goals and dreams, our challenges and difficulties are often proportional to the size of those goals. The time required to fulfill these goals is also longer and unpredictable. As a result, we experience small, incremental changes within ourselves that might seem insignificant at first. But when we look at them as a whole, they accumulate to create significant transformation. This is why itโs so important to trust the process and believe in the efforts we are putting into it.
