Why are many of the startups that help small seller manage their business like khata book, etc are struggling? Is it coz small sellers don't like to pay for online things?

Khata Book jaise startups ko struggles isliye ho rahe hain, kyunki small sellers ko online tools pe trust karne mein waqt lagta hai, unko lagta hai ki personal touch wali traditional system hi better hai jaha tak mein samjha hu.
