I don't think they can bounce back if they don't change anything. but it's really a great idea with improper product market fit. I still remember using fampay myself, the support team is really shit. and the idea of saving money in their pot etc.. really has potential because teens are best savers and they don't have anything to spend on very quickly. however it's one of my favourite startups, I learnt a lot from it. looking forward to its growth.
