Thanks for the Feedback. Illiquidity Means the Investment which cannot convert instantly. For an Example: You buy a Gold in 2024 November & You want it to sell in December. So, The process of again converting that gold into money takes only few days & there will be no legal Complexities ultimately you will get the money back. But Comparing that Investment into Startups cannot give you the same money in return & also the period will be so long to even get that. I hope it clears, Let me know if not..
