There are two ways to launch a startup. First,Opening a cafe and calling yourself a founder, which is all fake validation. That is not a startup mindset; it is a traditional shop mindset. Anyone with a few changes to their approach can eat up your customers at any time. Second, Look for problems that existing cafes cannot solve, and then try to solve them while keeping in mind that I want to go big is what an actual startup is.
