Job Title: UI/UX Designer – Quick Commerce Application Location: Remote (Initially) | On-site after a few months About the Role: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our Quick Commerce application. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create designs that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, user empathy, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our Quick Commerce application. Collaborate with marketing to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to understand and optimize the customer experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively. Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve designs and usability. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in e-commerce or quick commerce applications. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interface and user experience design work. Ability to understand and translate marketing goals into impactful designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with user testing and analytics tools is a plus.
