true. but having a CTO gives you more space to focus on making strategic changes as a CEO. also you can always rely on that guy bcz he is a CTO you just have to get them things that users may like and he'll be handling the making and shipping part. also in this time where the internet is super saturated if you do not have a CTO initially it's okay but you should keep looking for one.
