I've been one of Medial's biggest supporters, but lately, my patience is wearing thin. As someone who used to champion this platform, the current state of affairs is just disappointing. The bugs are driving me crazy. Both the web and mobile have major errors - I can't do basic things like updating my location or adding new experiences. The web version is particularly painful. I make edits to my profile, hit save, and get logged out. Every. Single. Time. What's more frustrating is that these issues have persisted for months without any improvement. I get that new products take time to become flawless, but come on! At this point, I'm questioning whether to just treat Medial as another news aggregator like inShorts rather than the social platform it claims to be.

We have not actively worked on the website. But it’s getting more features and bugs are getting solved

They have a small team and hence we should give them some time and I think they will fix all the bugs in the coming months.
