If you plan to pitch without a product, then no matter how good you are or how good your idea is, you will be rejected unless you have completed something countable in the past, such as an IIT degree or founded a startup, which is why coding is such a valuable skill if you have a software startup idea. Build quickly and show them your code and traction.
