I’ve Got Something Real for You on Time Management! So listen up. I know time management advice is everywhere, and it probably feels like you’ve heard it all before. But hear me out—this is something that worked for me personally, and I’m confident it can work for you, too. And no, it’s not the usual “make a to-do list” or “plan every hour.” We’re skipping all the generic stuff and getting to the real, actionable point. I realized something: Most people never actually get to the core of what matters—they’re too busy trying out every hack and tip out there. But what I’m about to share is something different, something that genuinely moves the needle. Here’s What Made the Real Difference: 1. Stop Focusing on Everything and Get Clear on What Matters Most You don’t need to be productive every second. In fact, constantly staying busy is what drains you. Instead, figure out the top one or two things that will actually push your goals forward. Focus on those and ignore the rest. It sounds simple, but you’d be amazed at how powerful it is when you cut out all the noise. 2. Create Momentum with Small Wins, Not Huge Tasks I used to make these big, complex plans that seemed great on paper but were hard to stick to. Then I switched it up. Instead of trying to conquer big tasks all at once, I broke them down into small, quick wins. You’d be surprised how motivating it is to see constant progress. You end up doing way more than you thought possible. 3. Don’t Schedule Every Minute—Protect Your Energy Instead This one might be new to you. Time isn’t just about hours; it’s about energy. When you manage your energy levels, you can make the most of whatever time you have. For me, this meant figuring out when I’m naturally focused and using that time for my most important work. The rest? Keep it low-key. 4. Forget Perfection—Progress Is the Real Goal The perfection trap? It’s real, and it holds you back. I stopped aiming for perfect outcomes and instead focused on making steady, consistent progress. Done is better than perfect. When you focus on getting things moving, you’ll see results faster, and honestly, it builds your confidence. Why Does This Work? It’s simple: because you’re finally working with yourself, not against yourself. Instead of trying every trick in the book, you’re cutting to the things that actually matter and work for you. When you focus on what drives results and keep the process realistic, you’re way more likely to see the benefits. So give this a shot. This approach made all the difference for me, and I believe it can for you too. Let’s make things happen without over-complicating it.

The best part of working in a startup is knowing you're building something from scratch. The worst part? When the 'something' keeps changing every week, and you feel like you're building a house with no blueprints :)
