A Day in the Life at Native Knights 🚀 At Native Knights, each day is a mix of roles, challenges, and teamwork, and I love every part of it. I start as a Manager, setting the day’s tasks and ensuring everyone has a clear plan. This helps us stay on track. Next, I switch to Designer mode, creating resources for our mentorship programs—anything that brings our ideas to life. Then I become the Senior Developer, mentoring my teammates, dividing tasks, and tackling challenges together. I’m here to guide, listen, and help us grow as a team. After that, I dive into my own Developer role, getting hands-on with code to keep our products moving forward. In between, I’m the Social Media Manager, sharing posts on LinkedIn and Insta, engaging with our community. And I’m not alone—my team is with me, balancing their full-time jobs while putting in hard work every day. This is what Native Knights is all about: teamwork, wearing many hats, and building a vision together from the ground up.
