Idea Validation : Hello everyone , I am managing an website known as doubtly.in . - Doubtly is an community of engineering students ( mumbai university as of now) - website have 1100 registered users - We have content for examination more than 2000 students refer doubtly website - we have now added aptitude exams too and job directory - added lot of things like job preparation , hackathons directory I am building an android app so i need suggestions how to make it as an micro startup atleast ! what roles should i hire for (as an co founder with equity or paid freelancer ) any suggestions to scale this how we can make money ( as of now adsense help us to earn ₹4000 in year which is enough for doman and hosting but not any profit) how to scale , what more we can add to platform ? Too much all over the place bro. Choose one either go horizontal or vertical in your approach. Horizontal is Offering 15 things to 100 people. Vertical is offering 5 things to 300 people.
