How is medial different from reddit or other platforms?

The difference is that Medial just caters to very limited genre like Business, Money and tech. Because of this whenever you open Medial, you know that you'll see only helpfull posts.
I wonder how people are getting 200, 300 upvoat for their idea and once you'll open the list of upvoters you'll find that most of the accounts are inactive and came first' time for vote only.
what's you all think about it ?

@Medial ,I can't change my profile picture on medial ,Whenever I edit it and click on the tick mark on top right corner it refreshes but changes aren't saved.Is there any rule that we can only change our profile picture once in medial?
