Hello Medial Family !! . Today, I want to share my viewpoint on those who move to remote locations in order to prepare for corporate jobs there. Since I live in PG, I know many of my fellow PG people are students, and very few are working in corporate. . At dinner time, some of the boys in a group discussion discuss how hard it is to find a job at this time. So I thought of asking them about what they are actually doing. We have always found that they are enrolled in some coaching who promises them a job after 6 months of course, but the average placement package is only about 2.5 - 3.5 LPA, which is their starting salary. Then I suggested they utilize udemy, coursera courses which are cheaper yet cover beginner to advanced concepts, instead of spending around 20 - 40k on offline courses so they can practice and complete them at their own pace. If you prepare some projects around 2-3, plus a proper ATS-friendly resume, they can easily land a job with this package or above. What are your thoughts on this ?? Let's discuss
