no bro that's not the problem lawyers always wants to make case longer for getting long term profits and yes in my area kanpur where 1 Lakh + lawyers and legal advisers are working but they don't have ability to resolve case instantly even we can say that they don't have much strategies , tactics , tech , infrastructure , and other things for giving better open statement infront of judges even they are not ready to do settlement also we can say that india don't have skilled lawyers

yes but how will people believe that you're different? also I think you should talk to a few lawyers and understand nitty gritty of this. But I think legal jhamela sunne me lagta hai easy to solve but unfortunately it isn't.
