Bro I understand what these people are saying but think of it that if there is competition in the market, it just proves that your idea is validated already and that there is a big enough need for it that multiple people are doing this or thinking of doing this. Go for it man. Execution is all that matters after all.

You can definitely create this app. But never focus on tier 1,2 cities only . Focus on tier3,4 cities and rural areas where a large number of people living. Tier1,2 cities are mostly saturated
