Do you think this is a healthy and ethical practice or is it not right to do so?
I couldn't think how good anonymity can be until I saw it working here. But still, it's largely because of the moderators on this platform; otherwise, you could witness its misuse on a hunch.

An delivery app for local stores .where we will connect local stores to delivery person who needs job.local stores will upload their job of delivering goods with a amount (fixed by app or may be we can think it like fixed by local stores) and deliver
