what I am saying is you to connect with the working professionals , investors , enthusiasts of technology and business, talk to them ask about have u been to any events, this will be one way of getting what you want and another is as u said in banglore locality go through the peer groups on LinkedIn which based on banglore who talks about banglore startup ecosystem and then connect with the people overthere . I think u definitely get some leads...
