How do I build a Q-commerce business? Desperate need as I'm a first time entrepreneur and have no idea what's the first step to take. Don't want to give up a shit ton of equity to a fund or co-founders either to be honest

quick commerce is a hyper local setup. so you need to first identify what is it you intend to sell on your qcom. then identify a market i.e. a designated area where you will definitely get tons of orders. setup a warehouse in that as a hub with few delivery agents. become a king for that particular area in your particular niche. once you have a profitable proven model, you can either reinvest profits and increase your outreach else take VC money and hyperscale.
