do you know about sop and raw materials supplying ? set sop and supply Raw material According to demographics demands then do a contract and low down the royalties charges and charge commission on raw materials also you need to purchase everything in bulk according to your menu design . before doing anything create strategic models

Honestly, manual tracking methods won't be sustainable in the long term. If you're serious about franchising, invest in a reliable billing system. Even if it’s a bit costly, it’ll save you time and avoid issues down the line. Any workaround might still leave room for manipulation

Track the raw materials being supplied to each franchise. If you know the average cost per item, you can estimate the revenue based on the amount of ingredients they use. This isn't foolproof, but it could give you a ballpark figure if they're trying to manipulate profits

start applying food costing, and inventory, through the POS system only, you will come to know the profit, follow the same recipe with all the outlets, the cost will be the same and profit will be shown in your system only, but you have to maintain all the costing and inventory list perfectly.
