Stop "normalizing" average.
No company wants to hire an average employee.
No entrepreneur wants an average business partner.
No wife wants an average husband (and vice versa).

small outlet in franchise model start in local average area and build the big business
Either solve the problems of a few rich people or a lot of poor people.
But don't get stuck in between trying to sell average products at average prices to average people.
