The Mineralskiftet Project (or The Mineral Shift) uses advanced technology to unlock the potential of grains by using hydrothermal treatment to break down the acid that binds minerals in grains and ‘tricks’ it into releasing nutrients. One of the most exciting outcomes of this project is Råggyberry - a nutrient dense and flavourful snack that addresses key nutritional needs, particularly for growing children.
