If you know how to code, building the app is actually free. The money is needed to host it, the infra and architecture because nothing is from scratch, you do use bits and pieces of existing tech so gotta pay them and then the hosting/server based on usage or whatever. So it ain't building that costs money, it's operating it.

A good app won't succeed without effective marketing; Think of a budget for that as well and then wonder ho payega?

for the first version it may cost you minimum ₹20k
