two ways go to some broker and ask for APIs they'll provide the hire person to code it and start or go from zero taking licenses for every segment of trading will cost some crores I guess and then get people to build it. that much I know

Bro even if the only differentiating factor of your trading thing is that it won't crash during peak trading hours, i think it's a solid thing. Infra is the biggest issue when you are trading real cash in the market
