that's a great idea , if u are going with this idea just add one feature for beginner devloper can talk or chat with advanced devs for getting some clearities about their devloper skills and at which level the beginner are now ( beginners: am I ready to do freelancing with my skills? , if not then what do I need to do more on for getting into some freelancing or anything like that to start my earnings?, e.t.c )
