As far as outpouring my opinion, these traits of a leader well align to command a well-trained army or a well to do company. Leadership with similar brain traits but small backup and no funds might not be able to summon wonders. Actually a leader having a small backup has to genuinely create these traits in others so as to receive a survival mode in return.
