Companies want experienced candidates, as a fresher to get experience i joined a small startup as a web developer, Now after getting more than 1 year of experience when i went to another company for interview, they said you have the experience but not the kind we want!!! I said enlighten me, so they said in your current role your experience is very raw you didn't use any testing tools, you don't have devOps , you don't have multiple projects running at the same time... We want someone who has handled projects professionally using proper tools... Waht should i do? In my current role i did completed full stack projects but the process i followed according to this startup is not professional,!!!!

It’s frustrating how companies overlook real project experience just because it doesn’t fit into their rigid definitions of ‘professionalism" And there isn't any way of knowing the true culture in a firm so how do you know whether you are a professional accordin to their definition while applying? It's sad bro. Sorry to hear about your struggle.

Even though you’ve gained valuable experience, it's common for companies to expect specific skills, it's upto them to find the people they think are right for them so just focus on learning the tools and methodologies they're asking for
