AI for inventory management is great on paper, but have you seen the traffic in Mumbai or Bangalore? Predictive analytics won’t help when your rider is stuck in a jam for 30 mins. That’s where quick commerce in India hits its ceiling. Speed only works as far as your infrastructure allows.

AI alone can't solve traffic, but it optimizes pre-ride logistics: predicting demand, pre-positioning inventory, and scheduling deliveries at off-peak times. While traffic jams can't be avoided, AI helps minimize delays by automating rerouting and improving overall operational efficiency. and there are another use case too
