Work with real estate people into helping them research and find props, build a good rapport and learn and maybe sell a few props for them and take commission, then think of buying. Climb up, don't think about dropping on the top from the sky

How many people use Housing.com and 99acres for renting, buying houses, and other real estate transactions?
how about helping people to turn their ideas into reality by helping them in tech(if applicable), legal process, fundraising(crowdfunding) etc and charging them as low as 30-40k + some % of equity.
Wtf are Zomato and swiggy charging platform fee tho they take commission from seller ? Weird, nvm it's working for them tho. In business perspective it's good but in customer's perspective it's not good.
