In India, around 150 million people need mental health support, but there's a shortage of professionals, and this leads to worsening conditions and lost productivity. Who's Affected? Everyone, especially those in marginalized areas. In colleges, students and staff face high pressure, leading to stress, poor academic performance, and dropouts.Why Care? Improving mental health support can enhance lives and productivity. In colleges, it creates a better learning environment and improves academic outcomes.
