I have idea for startup like building one platform but I don't know what to do and how to do everything.

Is starting a Crowdfunding campaign to build a new Social Media platform will work? like we just need to build the MVP level app, then we can find more promising collaboration or deals. So I'm just exploring this possibility! what do you think?
