thanks for the feedback but joining a firm. I'm just concerned about my purpose as I wish to contribute profit to society and finding firms willing to do the same is what I believe is more challenging.

You would have to drink the bitter juice here my brother... You would have to serve a firm that might not align with your true values. Get your hands dirty, Earn good money and then do the goods that you want to do.
